Schedule: Every day from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (last ascent at 3:30 PM).
Weather Conditions: To ensure complete safety, each excursion is subject to weather conditions and the daily INGV bulletin.
Starting Point: Central station of the Etna Cable Car (1923 m).
Luxury Transfer Option:

Offered by our facility, at the Monte station (2550 m), you can warm up with a hot chocolate or a good glass of wine. You will experience an enchanting, completely snow-covered scenario of incomparable beauty, admiring the summit craters on one side and the sea of Catania on the other. The usually barren and black Valle del Bove, covered by lava, transforms into an immense white expanse in this season.
Excursion Details:
The experience begins at an altitude of 1923 m at the starting station of the Etna Cable Car. You will reach the mountain station at 2500 m aboard a modern cable car. From this point, using the snowcat, you will scale the volcano up to 2750 m (the maximum altitude allowed by the authorities) and start the excursion service with alpine guides. If the snow cover does not allow the use of the snowcat, the 2750 m altitude will be reached with our Unimog 4x4 trucks equipped with snow chains for the occasion.
